My server Jesse was the absolute best. He vibe made the entire experience worth it, not to mention the food was amazing we had the spaghetti pomodoro and the chicken parm and as an appetizer we got the Parmesan truffle fries. Jesse checked on us frequently and made sure everything was good and we enjoyed our food. The Lakers were also playing and they even changed the channel on the bar tv so we could watch and enjoy the game while enjoying our food. If you’re ever in the area I 100% recommend stopping by and I hope you guys get Jesse as a server because he was the absolute best and made our overall experience amazing.
Came for our 11th anniversary dinner. Greeted at the door with champagne and quickly seated. We lucked out and got Jesse as our server. His customer service is ABOVE AND BEYOND. He recommended an amazing drink and gave excellent suggestions for appetizers and dinner. The mini short rib French dips were out of this world and the blackened chicken fajitas were the best fajitas I’ve ever eaten anywhere! We haven’t even left and already can’t wait to be back. Fingers crossed for Jesse every time.
I came in tonight March 13th, and got sat at a nice table outside. Jesse was amazing! He was very attentive and made our night. He kept checking in as well as making great conversation. I would definitely come back to have Jesse as my server. Very good drinks as well. Order anything and it will taste delicious
After going to the downtown location several times, we decided to try this one as my mother was visiting (first time to SoCal/LA) and we had a phenomenal time. Drinks, food, service….all excellent. For those who say it is noisy, yes, but not intolerable. Just about normal for an evening in LA that has upper level dining. Logan was THE BOMB!! Thanks for showing my mom a good California time.
We had a great experience at Joey Manhattan Beach. It was our first time dining there, and we will definitely be back. The food, atmosphere, and service were excellent. Nate, our server, was fantastic. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Thank you for making our first visit such an enjoyable one!
We had a wonderful experience at JOEY Manhattan Beach. The staff was extremely professional from start to finish. Stacie (hostess) graciously accommodated us nearly an hour before our reservation, which we truly appreciated. We were also indecisive about sitting inside versus outside and bounced between the two — yet she remained patient, courteous, and accommodating the entire time. Her professionalism and composure did not waver. Truly top-tier hospitality. Jesse, our server, was equally impressive — knowledgeable, attentive, and polished. He answered our questions thoroughly and made excellent recommendations. The food was outstanding and beautifully prepared. Yes, it is on the pricier side, but absolutely worth it for the quality, service, and overall experience. We’re looking forward to returning and will definitely be recommending JOEY to friends and family.
I’m so glad I decided to try out this place cuz the food is amazing here!! Restaurant itself has nice ambience and overall pristine clean. We ordered quite of few dishes and I honestly loved most of them! The chicken lettuce wrap was probably my favorite. It’s marinated deliciously and paired with amazing crunch. Either crab dip or ravioli would be my second fav but hard to choose, for they were both delicious. I’d definitely come back. Their food in general were all amazing
We had an absolutely STELLAR experience at JOEY Manhattan Beach for our company dinner! We had a large group of 20 people visiting from all around the world, and Joey was the perfect restaurant to accommodate all of our dietary restrictions and preferences. Even though it was a packed Wednesday night, our group was warmly welcomed with champagne upon arrival, and we had a beautiful outdoor table reserved for us. The entire experience was seamless from start to finish. A HUGE shoutout to our amazing hostess, Hannah! She was knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, and genuinely made the entire dining experience so much fun. She handled our two large tables effortlessly, answered everyone’s questions with patience, and made every single person feel special and taken care of. The food and drinks were delicious, and Hannah recommended fantastic cocktails and mocktails for the whole group. We never waited more than a couple of minutes for anything despite how busy the restaurant was. We would come back again because of Hannah alone! Thank you again to JOEY Manhattan Beach for such an incredible evening, and an extra special shoutout to the superstar, Hannah!
Had an absolutely amazing experience at JOEY Restaurants! The host and our waitress, Bri, were incredible. She was very knowledgeable about the menu, gave excellent recommendations, and made sure to watch out for all of our allergies, which we really appreciated. The food came out perfect, and the environment and vibe were truly top-tier. The price point was great for everything we ordered and definitely worth it. Overall, it made for a very memorable birthday celebration, and we will absolutely be coming back!
It was our first time at Joey’s and I we loved it. We were greeted with bubbles, which was such a special treat. We loved our server Jesse, who was so knowledgeable about the menu and was especially kind to us. If you can request him, you absolutely should. We ordered the guacamole, gyoza, steak ravioli, Korean cauliflower, and katsu chicken salad. I wish I had an additional stomach so I could order more. You can’t go wrong and I can’t wait to come back.
